Our customers enjoy the benefits of using allianceboard across the globe. To make sure that everyone is making the best use of the platform, we are enhancing our Help & Resources area in three ways.
First, allianceboard will guide you through the platform’s functionality and offer best practice advice from industry experts.
Second, you will be able to create your own custom help topics and contextual help within allianceboard. This will provide guidance specific to the unique approach your organization manages its alliances. For example, certain fields or topics can contain organization-specific instructions or can link to broader alliance management guidance.
Third, allianceboard’s Help & Support section will provide written content, visual prompts and snippet videos that you will be able to follow along with.
The aim is to support your needs across allianceboard and ensure that every user understands how to use allianceboard to get the most out of every interaction with our platform.
